Cancellation Policy

●A non-refundable deposit will be required to make your appointment. •Deposit goes towards your service. The amount depends on the service. It will be shown on the website. •If you make your appointment through txt msj, IG, or FB, I'll let you know the amount. •NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT• ●10 min grace period, if you come late, then you will have to get a basic set. That way, I don't get behind with my next client. ●After 15 min late, your appointment will be canceled, and you won't get your deposit back. ●If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will have to let me know at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be sent back to you. ●For first-time clients: you must come with clean bare nails. ●I do refills, but only on my work. To avoid any kind of problem, I won't be doing refills on someone else's work. It will have to be a new set. ●I'm not doing a foreing soak off. •If you weren't able to get an appointment with me, and you got your nails done by someone else, make sure you get them soaked off before coming to your appointment. •If you come with nails, your appointment will be canceled, and you won't get your deposit back. ●Kids friendly. •You can always bring your kids with you. Just make sure that you can bring some toys, tablet, or phone for them to keep entertained. •They should not be between you and m. Iff so, they would prevent me from doing my job. •Please don't let them play with my work stuff; chairs, armchairs, decorations, or other items. I don't want to ask you not to bring them back. I have snacks and drinks for you all. Please don't ask if you can grab some. Just go get it🩷
